Skip Yazel obtained his Calif Real Estate license in 1968, and his Broker’s license in 1986, and has been involved in various Calif Real Estate activities for over 50 years. He started selling Real Estate part-time while he was a Naval Officer in San Diego in 1968 and continued to be active during his 30-year business career. After three years as a Naval Officer, Skip worked in various capacities in sales, sales management, and marketing before being recruited by Venture Capital companies to start up or turn around software companies they controlled. Skip was President, and or CEO, and Board member of five successful companies before co-founding a company that went public in 1992. He retired at that time and he and Nancy started working part-time building high-end homes and buying and selling Real Estate. They are now focusing their business and Real Estate knowledge to market and sell Real Estate in the La Quinta area- primarily in Rancho La Quinta CC, where they live, and where their sales have exceeded $22,500,000 from 2018 through half of 2021, and over $23,500,000 in just 2022- which included several of the highest priced homes ever sold in Rancho La Quinta. They now work together to represent sellers and buyers in this target area because they believe that their local knowledge and focus allow them to provide a better and more comprehensive service to their clients. Nancy has also had her Calif Real Estate license since 1968 and has sold Real Estate in Southern Calif, Northern Calif, and Oregon. She has also been a big part of their real estate investment and construction activities over many years and can be very helpful to clients with remodeling and design questions and ideas.
